Fragrant and aromatic, this is our homage to the infamous Thai Green curry. Our version of this classic combines delicious baby sweetcorn, crunchy edamame beans and fresh leafy greens with fibre rich brown rice, all wrapped up in a creamy coconut sauce for a dish that is fresh, invigorating and full of South East Asian flavour.
