Yes, we use gluten free oats and all shakes are made in a gluten free environment.

Do Power Shakes contain nuts?

Yes, all of our current Power Shake recipes contain almonds for a boost of protein, healthy fats and delicious taste. To see when we use nuts and other allergens in any of our recipes, you can find a full list of ingredients on our products page or clearly labelled on pack.

Do you add sugar to your Power Shakes?

Never have. Never will. Any sugar in a power shake is derived from natural ingredients like fruit and vegetables, and zero refined sugar or artificial sweeteners.

Is your packaging BPA free?

Great news, our Power Shakes are proudly BPA free. We pride ourselves on using only the best for our Power Shakes, and we don’t just mean our ingredients. We’re committed to making nothing but goodness, on the inside and the outside. (No nasties here).

Is the packaging recyclable?

All BOL pots are recyclable, although we do encourage you to upcycle your empty packaging and give it a new life. You can even post your upcycling effort photo with #DontWasteCreate hashtag and tag @BOLfoods so we can see what new, ingenius purpose you’ve used your pot for. From plant pots to snack jars: the possibilities are endless.

Where do the 26 vitamins in your Power Shakes come from?

Our Power Shakes are made with whole foods, which are great sources of important nutrients. But in order to ensure that you get everything your body needs, we add a mix of extra nutrients too, just to make sure that there’s the right mix of everything. Our vitamin powder is made by nutrition experts using minerals such as salts, or through plants and vegetables.

Shakes are great, website isn't

"BOL is great. The shakes and pots are fantastic. What's really bad is this website. It works if you just want to buy, checkout, get delivered. Anything more than that and I find it super annoying. First of all, I find it super difficult to manage my subscriptions. I have a subscription and often want to send earlier because I'm out of shakes. Every time it takes me several minutes to find the "manage subscriptions" page where I can do that. Then, if I want to change my subscription a bit (say I want to change the flavour of a shake), the website makes it super difficult. There is an option that's supposed to make it easy, but it doesn't. The easiest way to achieve what I want to achieve is to cancel the subscription and place a new one. Placing a new one is easy enough, but cancelling an old subscription is super tedious! If your subscription has four different flavours, you'll need to cancel one-by-one, which is ridiculous! Next, if you've just placed an order (like, one minute ago) and want to cancel or amend it, it's just not possible. There's no option. If BOL could provide a website with BASIC WORKING functionalities, that would be great!"
