Strategic, collaborative, dynamic, entrepreneurial & impactful.

What’s been one of your highlights from your time at BOL?
One of my favourite moments from my time at BOL has been working on the launch of our first long-term partnership with Maverick Race (just launched on April 5th). It’s been a mega team effort working across the business to get everything ready. And honestly, it’s pretty cool getting to bring something I love - trail running - into my day-to-day work.

What’s something you’ve learned working at BOL? 
Early in my internship, our Founder Paul passed me and said, “Sometimes it’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission.” That really stuck with me. It’s been an invaluable lesson in adapting to a fast-moving environment and taking ownership of my work.


Advice for someone new to, or aspiring to a job in Marketing?
Start broad and be open to everything. Starting here as an intern allowed me to explore various areas of marketing before honing in on digital. You can’t really know what you’ll love until you give everything a go. So, don’t pigeonhole yourself early on - experience as much as possible and see what clicks. And it might not be what you expect.

What are you most excited for in 2025?
I’m really excited about our community growth! We’ve got some seriously big things lined up that will help us connect more deeply with the communities we’re working in. All of this, paired with our recent digital launch will complement all of this massively, so it’s looking like a game-changing year for 2025.

Favourite BOL recipe?
The vanilla Power shakes - always my go-to! They’re quick, tasty, and perfect for refuelling after a workout or a busy morning.

Which other FMCG brand are you loving right now?
I’ve been really into Tenzing lately. They’re doing a great job of building solid relationships with meaningful communities and staying committed long-term. You can tell they’re making a real impact on both their customers and the environment, which I think is really cool.
