It’s International Women’s Day and B Corp Month - and what an opportunity to shout loud and proud about our very own BOL girl gang. Women account for 70% of our business, and make up the majority of our legendary leadership team. We are committed to championing women in BOL, in business and in wider society. This is why we want to lift up women in the workplace, act on our values and create a more inclusive environment.

Beth is our Category and Insight Lead. Ex Kayaking World Champ, who now consistently crushes an F45 lunch session. A bundle of big ideas, excitement and positive energy.

Kate is our Operations Director and a true force to be reckoned with. With flawless organisation, impeccable time management and a real ray of sunshine in the Veg Pad.

Tammy is our Product and Innovation team leader - the brain behind most of the BOL goodness hitting the shelves. Fiercely fashionable and unbelievably entrepreneurial, we couldn’t exist without her.

Dani is our Quality technician: dedicated to ensuring every product is plant-powered perfection. Never without a BOL in her hand, she’s an absolute joy to work with, and an irreplaceable asset to the squad.
