You’d never guess from the taste that carrots make up almost a third of this recipe, which is great as they’re naturally high in vitamin A and C which are handy for supporting immunity and bone health.
Gluten free oats provide a great source of fibre as do the whole roasted hazelnuts which also contain unsaturated fats – helpful in reducing cholesterol and blood pressure replacing saturated fats in your diet.
