The most interesting lunch ever

Of all our recipes, this has to be the most complex in terms of flavour profile.

Earthy beetroot notes are balanced by sweet apple juice, refreshing cucumber and a citrus burst of fresh lime.

Then comes the spicy warmth of fresh ginger followed by the cooling sensation of fresh mint.

The creamy chickpea, plant powered protein and nutty sunflower seed base is enhanced by antioxidant rich acai berries and aromatic cardamom and then the whole lot is finished off with a final kick of cayenne pepper.

High in protein, big on taste and probably one of the most interesting lunches you’re set to have all year.
