CAULIFLOWER TIKKA DINNER BOX
Since its advent over fifty years ago, tikka masala has become such a firm British favourite there have been calls in parliament to honour it as a national dish. Our version features fire roasted cauliflower, a sublimely creamy daal and a light bed of turmeric infused grains. We like to jazz it up with some fresh coriander and a few sliced green chillies for some real Indian zing.
