FIRE ROASTED CAULI-TIKKA MASALA
This Indian inspired meal delivers on so many levels. The gently spiced, creamy lentil and chickpea dhal is served with a turmeric rice, red quinoa and fresh coriander. We’ve then added spiced cauliflower that’s been roasted to perfection, an Indian coriander chutney and some pickled red onion with curly kale for that healthy greens finish. It is, one could say, a real winner of a tikka dinner.
