There can’t be many people whose faces don’t light up when they see ‘katsu curry’ on a menu. So it is with collective delight that we’ve created our own delicious take on it. We've combined chargrilled sweet potatoes, brown rice and edamame beans in a creamy katsu sauce with hints of warming ginger. Making this recipe the perfect balance of sweet, savoury, spicy and creamy - altogether worth raising a smile for.
