Delivery and Returns
At BOL, our aim is to make sure every single order is delivered as securely and efficiently as possible.
Our Power Shake range is fresh and we work hard to guarantee each bottle arrives at your door fresh, chilled and delicious.
In order to guarantee freshness and speedy delivery, orders can only be delivered from Tuesday to Friday.
We do not deliver on weekends, Mondays, Bank Holidays or the day following a Bank Holiday.
If you order after 10am on a Thursday or anytime on a Friday or over the weekend, you will receive your box on the Tuesday.
All orders are shipped via DPD and, if placed before 10am from Monday to Thursday, will be delivered the very next day.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland, Jersey, the Hebrides, Orkney, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Aberdeen, Northern Highlands, Republic of Ireland, Argyll, Guernsey, Shetland Islands and Isle of Scilly.
Whilst we hope to expand internationally, we currently do not ship any orders outside of the UK Mainland.
As of the 12th of January 2021, we are offering free delivery on subscriptions and on one-off orders of 2 boxes or more (excluding subscriptions).
If you purhcase 1 x one-off box, the delivery fee will be £2.50.
To help us deliver your parcel without delay, please make sure that we have your correct delivery address and any necessary delivery instructions.
If you are not available to receive your package in person, please make sure that our courier can leave the box in a secure and safe place or leave your box with your favourite neighbour.
Please note that you are responsible for instructing the courier with clear, appropriate and reasonable instructions to deliver your box.
Receipt of delivery
We know that life is busy which is why we have chosen a delivery courier partner that’s convenient for you. Our boxes are kept chilled thanks to our fully recyclable insulating packaging. Meaning your Power Shakes will be ready for you to pop in the fridge when you get home.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partners, DPD, will text you with a 1hr delivery window, so you’ll know exactly when your parcel is arriving.
You can also update delivery instructions on the day. If you are not going to be in, you can ask DPD to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Please bear in mind our Power Shakes are chilled and need to be put in a fridge within 24 hours of dispatch. Please refrigerate the products as soon as possible upon arrival. Once the products are delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any products that are left to spoil or stolen.
If your parcel is damaged, misrouted in the depot or delayed in transit for any reason, the parcel will not be delivered and will be disposed of.
If you have any issues with your delivery or products, please email email@example.com with your reference number and what’s gone on so we can do our best to help you out.
As all our products are fresh, you are not entitled to the regular rights of consumers to return goods within 14 days after receiving them. There is an exemption pursuant to regulation 27(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Deactivation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, that confirms that contracts for the supply of goods are exempt from the right to withdrawal if those goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This does not affect your right to cancel your subscription.
If you are unhappy with your box for one of the following reasons:
- Missing products
- Damaged box
- Box did not arrive
Then we will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown that the box you were charged for was not supplied as it should have been. Please take photos where necessary.
Any opened bottles cannot be returned or refunded.
We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order cannot be amended or cancelled once in preparation.

If you have purchased a subscription, you can cancel your subscription by signing in to your account. Please note that any changes to an upcoming order needs to be made before 10am, 2 days before your delivery day.
