What is a Power Shake?
Our Power Shakes are a nutritionally complete plant powered meal, packed with up to 20g of protein & a source of fibre. They are the first of their kind, and with four delicious recipes to choose from, each brimming with fresh, flavourful fruit, vegetables & wholefoods and containing up to 2 of your 5-a-day. Every Power Shake includes all 26 essential vitamins & minerals your body needs, as well as being under 400 calories & low in salt and sugar. What’s more, our bottles are in plastic free packaging.
What makes our Power Shakes different?
We use mother nature’s goodness to give great flavour – nothing fake or artificial inside. Natural ingredients such as ginger and chilli for heat, basil and cardamom for flavour, orange zest for, well, zestiness. Whole foods such as sunflower seeds, nuts, beans, gluten free oats, fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices provide a variety of nutrients you would expect to get from breakfast or lunch. This ensures our Power Shakes give your body everything you need for a nutritionally complete meal, whether you’re at home or on the go.
We’ve used pea protein in our Power Shakes as it has a mild, creamy flavour and smooth mouthfeel. Pea protein is also higher in iron than whey protein and, compared to soy, uses much less water and land mass in its manufacture. How great is that?
